Chi può giocare
Il gioco si scarica gratis e contiene pubblicità; un abbonamento facoltativo la toglie. Per giocare online e usare la chat devi avere almeno 13 anni, o di più dove la legge del tuo paese lo richiede (per esempio 14 in Italia), e un account Google Play Games o Game Center.
Il tuo account
Per giocare online accedi con il tuo account Google Play Games o Game Center, che diventa il tuo account nel gioco online. Il tuo nome nel gioco online e nelle classifiche è il nickname di quel servizio, quindi valgono anche le sue regole. Puoi eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento (Opzioni → Elimina account).
Gioco online e chat
Al tavolo e in chat rispetta gli altri giocatori. Non sono ammessi insulti, minacce, molestie, contenuti razzisti, sessuali o violenti, spam o pubblicità, né i dati personali di altre persone. Sei responsabile di ciò che scrivi.
Non leggiamo e non conserviamo i messaggi della chat, quindi non possiamo intervenire sui singoli messaggi. Se un giocatore si comporta male puoi lasciare il tavolo; se l'avversario non gioca più, puoi chiudere la partita con il pulsante del gioco. Chi abbandona una partita online la perde.
Classifiche e gioco leale
Le partite online concluse danno punti nelle classifiche mensile e annuale, visibili a tutti i giocatori. Non usare app modificate, bot o automatismi, non sfruttare errori del gioco, non accordarti con altri per gonfiare i punteggi e non interferire con il gioco online o con i suoi server. Se lo fai, possiamo azzerare i tuoi punteggi e sospendere o eliminare il tuo account online. Puoi uscire dalle classifiche in qualsiasi momento dalle Opzioni: il tuo punteggio viene azzerato.
Abbonamento
L'abbonamento Community membership si acquista nel gioco tramite Google Play o l'App Store. Toglie la pubblicità e permette di giocare online senza guardare un video. Prezzo e durata sono indicati nello store prima dell'acquisto.
Si rinnova automaticamente alla fine di ogni periodo finché non lo disdici dalle impostazioni degli abbonamenti dello store (dal gioco: cancella abbonamento nel pannello dell'abbonamento). La disdetta vale dalla fine del periodo già pagato. Pagamenti, rinnovi, eventuali offerte di prova e rimborsi sono gestiti da Google o da Apple secondo le loro condizioni. Disinstallare il gioco o eliminare l'account non disdice l'abbonamento.
Video e pubblicità
Senza abbonamento il gioco mostra pubblicità; per giocare online senza abbonamento guardi un video prima di entrare nella sala dei tavoli. Le pubblicità arrivano da altre aziende, che sono responsabili del loro contenuto.
Il gioco
Il gioco, la sua grafica e i suoi contenuti appartengono ad Almian Software OÜ o ai suoi licenzianti; puoi usarli per giocare a titolo personale e non commerciale.
Modifiche e disponibilità
Lavoriamo per tenere il gioco attivo, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile o privo di errori. Possiamo modificarlo, sospendere il gioco online per manutenzione, azzerare o chiudere le classifiche, o terminarlo; prima di terminarlo, quando possiamo, te lo diciamo nel gioco.
La nostra responsabilità
Il gioco è fornito così com'è. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo dei danni indiretti, né dei problemi causati dal tuo telefono, dalla tua connessione, da altri giocatori o dai servizi di altre aziende. Nulla in queste condizioni limita la nostra responsabilità più di quanto la legge consenta, né toglie i tuoi diritti di consumatore.
Modifiche a queste condizioni
Se cambiamo queste condizioni, aggiorniamo la data in alto e, per i cambiamenti importanti, te lo diciamo anche nel gioco. Se continui a giocare dopo un cambiamento valgono le nuove condizioni; se non sei d'accordo puoi smettere di giocare ed eliminare l'account.
Legge applicabile
Queste condizioni sono regolate dalla legge estone. Se sei un consumatore e vivi in un altro paese, mantieni la protezione delle norme inderogabili di quel paese e puoi rivolgerti ai suoi tribunali.
App Store
Se hai scaricato il gioco dall'App Store vale anche il contratto di licenza standard di Apple per l'utente finale (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). Apple non è responsabile del gioco né della sua assistenza. Sull'App Store l'abbonamento viene addebitato sul tuo account Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto e si rinnova automaticamente, salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso.

These terms apply to Giochi di Biliardo, a game by Almian Software OÜ (registry code 17603955, Alvari tn 18-12, 13627 Tallinn, Estonia; support@almiansoftware.com). By playing, you accept them. How the game uses your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Who can play
The game is free to download and contains ads; an optional subscription removes them. To play online and use the chat you must be at least 13, or older where your country's law requires it (for example 14 in Italy), and have a Google Play Games or Game Center account.
Your account
To play online, you sign in with your Google Play Games or Game Center account, which becomes your account in online play. Your name in online play and on the leaderboards is your nickname on that service, so its rules also apply. You can delete your account at any time (Options → Elimina account).
Online play and chat
At the table and in the chat, respect the other players. Insults, threats, harassment, racist, sexual or violent content, spam or advertising, and other people's personal data are not allowed. You are responsible for what you write.
We don't read or keep chat messages, so we can't act on individual messages. If a player misbehaves you can leave the table; if your opponent stops playing, you can end the match with the game's button. Whoever abandons an online match loses it.
Leaderboards and fair play
Finished online matches give points on the monthly and yearly leaderboards, which all players can see. Don't use modified apps, bots or automation, exploit bugs, collude with others to inflate scores, or interfere with online play or its servers. If you do, we may reset your scores and suspend or delete your online account. You can leave the leaderboards at any time from the Options: your score is set to zero.
Subscription
The Community membership subscription is bought in the game through Google Play or the App Store. It removes the ads and lets you play online without watching a video. The price and period are shown in the store before you buy.
It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in the store's subscription settings (from the game: cancel subscription in the subscription panel). Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Payments, renewals, any trial offers and refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their terms. Uninstalling the game or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
Videos and ads
Without a subscription, the game shows ads; to play online without a subscription, you watch a video before entering the room of tables. The ads come from other companies, which are responsible for their content.
The game
The game, its art and its content belong to Almian Software OÜ or its licensors; you may use them for your own personal, non-commercial play.
Changes and availability
We work to keep the game running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change it, pause online play for maintenance, reset or close the leaderboards, or end the game; before ending it, we tell you in the game when we can.
Our responsibility
The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, or for problems caused by your phone, your connection, other players or other companies' services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability beyond what the law allows, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and, for important changes, we also tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.
Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory law and can go to its courts.
App Store
If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or for supporting it. On the App Store, the subscription is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase and renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
