Informativa sulla privacy di Giochi di Biliardo

Ultimo aggiornamento: 10 ottobre 2026

Puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento.

Cancellare i tuoi dati

Dove vengono trattati i dati

I tuoi diritti

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Giochi di Biliardo is a billiards game (five-pins, goriziana, carom and eight-ball): you can play against the computer, two players on the same phone, practise, or play online against other players with a monthly and a yearly leaderboard. This policy explains what data the game uses, why, who receives it and how you can delete it. The rules for playing are in the terms of use. For this website and our other apps, see our general privacy policy.

Who is responsible

Almian Software OÜ, registry code 17603955, Alvari tn 18-12, 13627 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: support@almiansoftware.com.

Who can play

Giochi di Biliardo is not meant for children. The game doesn't ask your age; to play online and use the chat you must be at least 13, or older where your country's law requires it (for example 14 in Italy). If we learn that a younger child has an online account, we delete it.

Playing offline

Games against the computer, two players on the same phone and the practice mode happen entirely on your phone: your shots and scores are not sent to anyone.

Your online account

The game uses Unity Gaming Services, a service of Unity Technologies, for the online account, the game settings and the leaderboards.

On Android, the game signs in with Google Play Games when it starts and links that account to a Unity identifier, which is your online account: you get it back on another phone too. On iPhone and iPad, the first time you choose Play Online the game asks whether to use Game Center; if you accept, your Game Center account is linked the same way. If you decline, the game only creates an anonymous identifier, with no name, e-mail address or password, to receive the game settings.

Google or Apple confirms the sign-in to Unity, which keeps your player identifier on that service. Your nickname on Google Play Games or Game Center becomes your name in online play: other players see it in the list of tables, at the table and on the leaderboards. We don't receive your e-mail address.

From the same service the game receives, at start, update notices, announcements and settings (Remote Config), such as the maximum number of online tables.

Online matches and chat

Online matches go through the servers of Photon, a service of Exit Games (Germany and United States), in the region nearest to you. Photon receives your IP address, your name in the game, your online account identifier, your leaderboard points and the shots of the match, and passes them on to the other player. The list of tables shows every connected player the name and leaderboard points of whoever sits at each table.

During the match you can write to the other player in the chat. Messages go through Photon only to be delivered: we don't read them and the game doesn't save them; they stay visible only during the match.

Leaderboards

Every finished online match adds points to your score on the monthly and the yearly leaderboard, which are kept by Unity (Unity Leaderboards). For each leaderboard Unity stores your player identifier, your score and your name in the game; the top one hundred are visible to all players. You can leave the leaderboards in the Options (Partecipa al ranking): your score is set to zero and later matches are no longer counted.

Subscription

The Community membership subscription is bought through Google Play or the App Store, which handle the payment: we don't receive your card or account details. The store tells the game whether the subscription is active, and the game checks its receipt on your phone.

Ads

If you are not a subscriber, the game shows ads (a banner, interruptions from time to time and a video when you choose to play online). Ads come through Unity LevelPlay, which works with Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle) and Meta Audience Network. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, these companies may collect your device's advertising identifier, your IP address (from which an approximate location can be estimated), information about your device and how you interact with the ads. The game doesn't use your location and doesn't give them your online account.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent to personalized ads with Google's consent form when it first starts. You can change your choice at any time from the Options (the ad consent button). On iPhone and iPad, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking when Apple asks. You can also reset or delete the advertising identifier in your phone's settings.

Technical data

Unity may receive technical data about the app and the device, such as the app version, the device model, the operating system and game-engine errors.

Only on your phone

The game settings (game, mode, camera, cloth, aim precision and aiming lines, language), your consent choice, your leaderboard participation, your Game Center choice, the subscription status and a copy of your name in the game stay on your phone.

Why we may use this data

  • To provide the game you chose to play (performance of a contract): online play with your account, the chat, the leaderboards, the subscription.
  • Our legitimate interest in a working and secure service: game notices and settings (Remote Config) and technical data.
  • Your consent: personalized ads and, on iOS, tracking. You can withdraw it at any time.

We don't sell your data and don't use it for anything not described here.

How long we keep it

  • The online account (its link to Google Play Games or Game Center, your name) and your leaderboard scores: until you delete your account.
  • Chat messages and the shots of online matches: we don't keep them.
  • Data collected by Google, Apple, Unity, Photon and the advertising companies: according to their policies.

Deleting your data

  • In the game: Options → Elimina account (Delete account), then confirm. Your account, your name, the link to Google Play Games or Game Center and your leaderboard scores are deleted at once.
  • If you can no longer open the game: see how to delete your account.

Uninstalling the game does not delete your account: delete it in the game first. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, which you manage in Google Play or the App Store.

Where data is processed

Unity, Google, Apple, Exit Games (Photon) and the advertising companies may process data in countries outside the European Union, including the United States, with the safeguards the law requires (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Our own server that deletes leaderboard scores is in Italy.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, for a copy in a portable format, and to restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to support@almiansoftware.com with your name on Google Play Games or Game Center. To protect your account, we act only if we can verify that it is yours; to delete it, the fastest and safest way is the button in the game. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee), or the one in your country.
