Delete your Chickens Saga account
Chickens Saga is a game by Almian Software. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, in either of these two ways.
In the game
- Open Chickens Saga and tap the gear (Settings) at the top right.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately, and the game starts again with a new, empty farm.
By email
Write to support@almiansoftware.com with the subject “Delete my Chickens Saga account”. Tell us your player number (in the game: Settings → Language) or the name you use on Google Play Games or Game Center. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your farm and everything in it: eggs, chickens, roosters, feed, containers, cages, field and upgrades;
- the link between the game and your Google Play Games or Game Center account;
- your name and your eggs on the leaderboards;
- your farm's location and the last position the game recorded.
What is kept
Nothing that is used in the game. A technical log of rewarded videos may still mention your player number for up to 30 days, then it is deleted. Google, Apple and our advertising partners keep their own data under their own policies (see the Chickens Saga privacy policy).
Only your leaderboard data
To delete only your leaderboard data and keep playing, tap Settings → Online rankings: On, type DELETE and confirm. Your eggs on the leaderboards and your name there are deleted for good; your farm stays.
Italiano: Eliminare il tuo account
Nel gioco: tocca l'ingranaggio (Impostazioni) in alto a destra, poi Elimina il mio account, scrivi DELETE e conferma. L'account viene eliminato subito.
Per email: scrivi a support@almiansoftware.com indicando il tuo numero di giocatore (Impostazioni → Lingua) o il tuo nome su Google Play Games o Game Center. Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni.
Vengono eliminati la fattoria e tutto ciò che contiene (uova, galline, galli, mangime, contenitori, gabbie, campo), il collegamento con Google Play Games o Game Center, il tuo nome e le tue uova nelle classifiche, la posizione della fattoria e l'ultima posizione registrata.
Per eliminare solo i dati delle classifiche: Impostazioni → Classifiche online, scrivi DELETE e conferma.
Español: Eliminar tu cuenta
En el juego: toca el engranaje (Ajustes) arriba a la derecha, luego Eliminar mi cuenta, escribe DELETE y confirma. La cuenta se elimina al momento.
Por correo: escribe a support@almiansoftware.com indicando tu número de jugador (Ajustes → Idioma) o tu nombre en Google Play Games o Game Center. Eliminamos la cuenta en un plazo de 30 días.
Se eliminan la granja y todo lo que contiene (huevos, gallinas, gallos, alimento, contenedores, jaulas, campo), el vínculo con Google Play Games o Game Center, tu nombre y tus huevos en las clasificaciones, la ubicación de la granja y la última posición registrada.
Para eliminar solo los datos de las clasificaciones: Ajustes → Clasificaciones online, escribe DELETE y confirma.
Français: Supprimer ton compte
Dans le jeu : touche l'engrenage (Réglages) en haut à droite, puis Supprimer mon compte, écris DELETE et confirme. Le compte est supprimé immédiatement.
Par e-mail : écris à support@almiansoftware.com en indiquant ton numéro de joueur (Réglages → Langue) ou ton nom sur Google Play Games ou Game Center. Nous supprimons le compte sous 30 jours.
Sont supprimés : la ferme et tout ce qu'elle contient (œufs, poules, coqs, grain, contenants, cages, champ), le lien avec Google Play Games ou Game Center, ton nom et tes œufs dans les classements, l'emplacement de la ferme et la dernière position enregistrée.
Pour supprimer seulement les données de classement : Réglages → Classements en ligne, écris DELETE et confirme.
Português: Excluir sua conta
No jogo: toque na engrenagem (Configurações) no canto superior direito, depois em Excluir minha conta, digite DELETE e confirme. A conta é excluída na hora.
Por e-mail: escreva para support@almiansoftware.com informando seu número de jogador (Configurações → Idioma) ou seu nome no Google Play Games ou no Game Center. Excluímos a conta em até 30 dias.
São excluídos a fazenda e tudo o que ela contém (ovos, galinhas, galos, ração, recipientes, gaiolas, canteiros), o vínculo com o Google Play Games ou o Game Center, seu nome e seus ovos nos rankings, a localização da fazenda e a última posição registrada.
Para excluir só os dados dos rankings: Configurações → Rankings online, digite DELETE e confirme.
Русский: Удаление аккаунта
В игре: нажми на шестерёнку (Настройки) справа вверху, затем Удалить аккаунт, напиши DELETE и подтверди. Аккаунт удаляется сразу.
По электронной почте: напиши на support@almiansoftware.com, указав номер игрока (Настройки → Язык) или своё имя в Google Play Games или Game Center. Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 30 дней.
Удаляются ферма и всё, что на ней есть (яйца, куры, петухи, корм, контейнеры, клетки, грядки), связь с Google Play Games или Game Center, твоё имя и твои яйца в рейтингах, место фермы и последнее сохранённое местоположение.
Чтобы удалить только данные рейтингов: Настройки → Онлайн-рейтинги, напиши DELETE и подтверди.
